Many people reach out when things start feeling harder than they should: slipping focus, building stress , strained relationships, or low motivation.
Therapy provides a space to understand what’s causing you distress and develop practical strategies to move forward.

Many clients come in looking for clear thinking, structure, and practical tools for managing life challenges.
Common areas we help with include:
ADHD • Anxiety • Depression • Gaming Disorder • Stress & Burnout
Therapy is collaborative and the weekly sessions often focus on:

Therapy for Gaming Disorder is for those who find themselves struggling with addiction to video games and are seeing a lack of balance in life. They often struggle to fulfill responsibilities in school, work, relationships, or other areas due to excessive gaming habits.
Similarly, those with ADHD often struggle with impulse control, hyperfixation on interests, and extreme procrastination.
These issues, particularly with clients I work with, can feed off of each other. If these things sound like you, treatment tailored to one or both of these disorders may be appropriate for you.
Men who experience challenges with expressing difficult emotions or handling stressors may find themselves fighting with their partners, struggling with self-image due to beliefs about what a man “should be”, or find themselves isolated from shame or embarrassment.
If these or related challenges sound like something you have experienced, my approach to working with men as a male therapist may be beneficial.
Working professionals and college students who are high achievers often look very impressive and put together to their family and peers, which is precisely how their mental health can become neglected.
If you feel overworked, burnt out, and like you need a space to find a balance between your striving to achieve and your mental health, consider therapy targeted towards work stressors and burnout.
